I am my first case study.

Before 47 browser tabs, a journal I stopped writing in after week two, and Granola transcripts piling up because I didn't know where to file them. I was running Onde across Colombia and the US, raising a seed round, and writing two books. Decisions I made in March contradicted ones I made in January because I couldn't find them. I was the bottleneck in my own company and didn't realize it.

After every meeting auto-files into the knowledge graph the moment it ends. My AI advisory panel pulls context from 9,000 nodes before I make a decision. Pattern recognition flags when I'm repeating a mistake I made two quarters ago. A journal entry from last October surfaces when it's relevant to today's problem. Nothing gets dropped. Nothing gets re-litigated.
